I came across this card on Pinterest the other day. Charles Dickens knew what he was talking about. Such simple words and they really make you think. It’s so easy to forget to be thankful. ![]()

I love my family. I am grateful.
I’m grateful for my beautiful mom. Today she came over and we baked together. She made her Hungarian kifli. We both baked some pies. Here she is with one her first perfectly roasted turkey. ![]()
I’m thankful for my precious children. They are my greatest blessing.
She’s upset with Domenico for spending too much time on the computer. Domenico couldn’t figure out the volume and they had to hear us through the phone. It was all good. ![]()
I’m thankful for my sweet husband. The goofiest person I know. We try to remind each other to appreciate every moment of every day.
I’m grateful for my dad and his amazing green thumb. He planted papaya trees in our front and back yard this year. He says, “Soon. Very soon.” Dad says in about 5 days we will try the first papayas from our tree.
That totally rocks. Thank you, dad!
